You wouldn’t expect to find Palm Springs Retro Vibes in Texas, but head 15 minutes north of Fredericksburg and you will find Blue Skies Retro Resort.
Blue Skies Retro Resort is located in Willow City in between the 290 wine trail and Enchanted Rock.
Overall, I love finding the most unique places in Texas. This one is perfect for a getaway with some girlfriends, or your significant other. There are five Shasta trailers (all different colors) with private yards & parking, and a private bathroom assigned to each Shasta trailer.
Thank you for hosting me Blue Skies Retro Resort and as always all opinions are my own.

Inside the Shasta Trailer
I had a chance to stay in the yellow Shasta trailer, Miss Abby. For instance, Miss Abby had a bigger seating area as it converted into a twin sized bed.
The Shasta fits a super comfortable Casper full sized bed. In addition, you will find all the essentials such as, AC/Heat, fridge, microwave, TV, Keurig coffee maker, sink, a record player, and most importantly a small bathroom inside the Shasta.
Outside the Shasta, you will find seating to enjoy the beautiful Texas Hill Country sunsets!

Amenities at Blue Skies Retro Resort
Moreover, there is contactless entry throughout the property such as at the gate, your Shasta and your bathroom.
For those cold nights there’s an outdoor wood burning fireplace, and for those hot summer days there’s a pool!
If you want to cook there is a shared propane grill with lounge seating to enjoy your lunch or dinner with some Texas Hill Country views.

Private Bathrooms
Each Shasta is assigned a private bathroom with keyless entry. The private bathroom has an amazing vanity, hotel amenities, a PINK toilet, AC/Heat, towels, hair dyer, an outdoor shower, and robes.
Although, as previously mentioned your Shasta does have a bathroom inside the trailer, which is great if you are too lazy to walk super late at night.
In addition, here’s a tip, this is the perfect spot to store your luggage since this is where you will be getting ready anyway!

In Conclusion: Palm Springs Vibes in Texas
Overall, if you are looking for a fun, unique getaway with Palm Springs Vibes with your girlfriends, or significant other, this is the place! I can imagine hanging out by the pool on a hot summer day, and then having some wine enjoying the beautiful sunset outside your Shasta.
I was definitely skeptical about the bathroom but the pink toilet, and the outdoor shower were absolutely amazing! And spoiler alert, you can actually rent out the whole property! This would be super fun to do with a couple of friends, or other couples.
In conclusion, I absolutely loved the retro Palm Springs vibes and those Hill Country views you definitely can’t beat!
