From now through November 3, they are serving incredible themed dishes and cocktails, and a beautiful five-course tasting experience curated by @chefrichardsandoval
Here is what we tried:
Luz de Mar Tiradito: Fresh, bright, and perfectly balanced.
Fuego del Sol Short Rib: Incredibly tender, served with a charred poblano cheese enchilada.
Amanecer Pumpkin Brûlée: Mind-blowing and the perfect finale.
The drink menu is just as intentional. The Elote Mezcalita brings savory, and smoky notes, while the Sol offers a crisp mix of sparkling wine, marigold, and mango. The unexpected star was the Punch Calavera, a zero-proof blend of hibiscus, cinnamon tea, and guava that everyone at the table loved.

Where to stay on the San Antonio riverwalk

Planning to head on a road trip and looking for somewhere to stay on the San Antonio riverwalk? Why not stay in the middle of all the action right on the  riverwalk?

I recently stayed at Hotel Valencia Riverwalk which is located on the quiet side of the riverwalk with easy access to all the restaurants in downtown San Antonio.

In addition, Hotel Valencia Riverwalk was voted the #1 hotel in San Antonio by Conde Nast Traveler. It blends Spanish colonial and modern mediterranean designs.

Thank you for hosting me Hotel Valencia Riverwalk, and as always all opinions are my own.

In this blog post, I will give a review of my stay and highlight the amenities, and things to do nearby. Similarly, if you want to see a video my stay click here.

The Room

Hotel Valencia Riverwalk San Antonio, Texas

Most importantly, I love a room with a view and Hotel Valencia did not disappoint! For instance, you can choose from a river view or a courtyard view. Which one would you pick?

In addition, I took advantage of their waffle weave bathrobes and had my coffee on my balcony.

Above all, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, and y’all this chair! It just sucks you in and it’s so so comfortable! After that, I loved the floor length mirror because of course you need to double check your full outfit before you head out!

The Alamo, Tons of restaurants on the riverwalk, San Fernando Cathedral, Historic Market Square, La Villita, Travis Park, Hemisfair Park, Shops on the riverwalk

Driving Distance:

Moreover, if you are looking for other things to do in San Antonio click here and here.
