A Day At Disney World's Flower & Garden Festival at Epcot 2021
I was so excited to spend a day at Disney World’s Flower & Garden Festival at Epcot, which runs March 3-July 5, 2021.
I will be covering what to skip on (what I tried and will say PASS on), what are the MUST haves, what I wish I had tried, and what to expect and other tips on how to make your experience at Epcot Flower & Garden Festival a great one!
WHAT TO EXPECT
Short answer, flowers, lots of flowers.
No but really, you will see lots of beautiful colorful flowers and also topiaries. Look out for these sculptures made out of plants shaped like Disney characters, gardens and wildlife habitats.
Also note to pick up a Festival Passport at the entrance. It has all the details on Topiaries, entertainment, food, drinks etc. I would say to stop and take a moment and look over it and highlight what you want to try. Make a game plan!

FYI: As Disney is operating at limited capacity, make sure to check Park availability here before booking your flight and ticket to Disney.

What to get

Here is a list of my favorites and MUST haves at The Flower & Garden Festival.
FRANCE
Get the Tarte aux Oignons Caramelises et Chevre (Goat cheese tart), you will NOT be disappointed. I mean anything with goat cheese is good right?
JAPAN
Get the Frushi, it’s pretty much fruit sushi, so good and refreshing!
ITALY
We tried the Arancini, fried risotto balls, and they were SO good.

What I wanted to try
CHINA
House-made Crab and Cheese Wontons and I’m a sucker for vodka sodas and this Kung Fu Punch adds mango syrup and orange juice, yes please!
GERMANY
Potato Pancakes with house made apple sauce or with caramelized ham, onions, and herb sour cream, I am SOLD.
FRANCE
I love Rose and regret not trying the VeRy Raspberry, rose wine with natural raspberry flavor, and the La Vie en Rose Frozen slushy, which contains vodka and St. Germain.
NEAR MOUSE GEAR
Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Company near Mouse Gear has a Bloomin Berry, Frozen lemon and blackberry syrup with a splash of Vodka.
What to skip on
MEXICO
We tried the Tostada de Cochinita & Taco Vampiro. They were both good but nothing to rave about so I would say, SKIP! Although, if you still want to try one, I did prefer the tostada over the taco.
I also tried the Passion fruit margarita. Sounds great right? Wrong! It tasted like margarita mix with a slight fruitier flavor, I couldn’t even finish it, SKIP!
I do want to point out I have had my fair share of Mexican food as I am Mexican and I live in Texas, which has a lot of great Mexican food as well.
ITALY
We tried the Margherita pizza and it was good but nothing to rave about or go out of your way for, PASS and try something else.

In conclusion
If you are planning on being at Disney World March 3 – July 5, I hope you get a chance to spend a day at Disney World’s Flower & Garden Festival at Epcot.
I hope you have a brief idea on what to expect, what to get, and what to skip on. If y’all have any questions let me know in the comments!
